Potential salt savings of 30%-50% based on a reduction of salt down to the TARGET coverage rate. Uses the phone or tablet’s GPS ground speed to calculate ACTUAL coverage rate.
Tracks salt task (pre-app, de-ice, ice check) and salt product used. Real time report is available to operator at any time during the event. Our preference is the 7″ tablet.
Selects TARGET salt coverage based on temperature, product, precipitation and temperature trend.
